Saifi Handicrafts processes timber and metal materials according to client-submitted catalog selections or customized drawing vector inputs. The client agrees that small natural variations in wood grain and manual hammer marks on forged iron are characteristics of artisan handicraft items rather than defects.
All orders are subject to container load minimum volume constraints specified during check-out or quotation invoices.
We retain mechanical copyrights on all catalog layout designs. When a client submits custom design models for laser profiling or structural table forging, the client asserts they hold all intellectual property rights.
"Custom molds and tooling dyes engineered to manufacture bespoke buyer patterns are held in exclusive storage for 36 months from the last order date."
After 36 months, Saifi Handicrafts reserves the right to recycle dye elements unless contract extensions are signed.
All contract balances require bank wire transfer clearing before FCL container release at loading ports. We do not dispatch commercial invoices until internal quality engineers submit fumigation and ISO checklist clearances.
All transactions default to FOB (Free On Board) maritime cargo conditions unless CIF or door-to-door air freight agreements are explicitly signed in writing by both parties.
